Milestones That Built CMT Technical Services History

2012

CMT acquired PEPG Engineering, adding civil engineering and land surveying to our services offered in Utah.

This operation continued at their location in Sandy, UT. CMT has four offices.

2014

CMT expands the geotechnical group and opens an office in Vineyard, UT. CMT has five offices.

2015

CMT purchased Arizona Testing Laboratories. (ATL) in Arizona. With operations in Phoenix, Tucson, and Flagstaff.

CMT currently operates eight locations in Utah and Arizona.

2017

CMT expands the geotechnical group and opens an office in Ogden, UT. CMT has nine offices.

2018

CMT expands the geotechnical group and opens an office in Meridian, Idaho. CMT has ten offices.

2019

CMT expands opens a new office in Stafford, Texas. CMT has eleven offices.

2021

CMT acquired Paradigm Consultants in Houston, TX, offering geotechnical engineering and material testing and inspection services to the Houston area.

This operation continued at their previous location bringing the CMT office total to twelve.

2022

CMT purchased Cesare expanding our operations into Colorado with 5 locations. Offering geotechnical engineering and material testing and inspection services to the Denver / Rocky Mountain area.

This operation maintained offices in Centennial, Fredrick, Silverthorne and Salida which will be continued at their previous location bringing the CMT office total to sixteen.

2022

CMT acquired CTC-Geotek in Denver, CO, offering geotechnical engineering and material testing and inspection services to the Denver area.

This operation continued at their previous location bringing the CMT office total to seventeen.
