Granary Woodbine
Renovation of an industrial building dating back to the early 1900s when it was used as a metal processing Plant to restaurants and stores. Interior seismic and remodel of structure was constructed and inspected to current code.
Granary Woodbine Materials Testing and Inspections were completed by CMT Technical Services for this major mixed-use development in Salt Lake City. The Granary District continues to expand with new residential, office, commercial, and public gathering spaces, contributing to Salt Lake City’s ongoing downtown growth.
The development includes residential units, office spaces, and retail businesses. It provides much-needed housing, business opportunities, and community areas for local residents and companies. Additionally, the design incorporates pedestrian walkways, public plazas, and outdoor gathering areas that improve walkability and promote community use.
