Construction of a new 220,000 square-foot hospital with 36 inpatient beds and four operating rooms. The hospital will provide birthing, emergency and other ancillary services. It includes a 100,000-square-foot medical office building for local physicians from a variety of specialties, as well as space for pediatric sub-specialists from Primary Children’s Hospital.
