LEHI CITY FAMILY PARK

CMT provided a full suite of civil design, geotechnical engineering, and surveying services, which allowed the project team to efficiently coordinate the complex site elements. Key contributions included:

• Site Grading and Drainage: Designing the site to effectively manage stormwater, control erosion, and maintain long-term durability.
• Utility Design and Sewer Innovation: A standout design feature was the installation of a long gravity sewer mainline extension. By carefully aligning the sewer under several hundred feet of meandering concrete sidewalk, CMT eliminated the need for a pumped sewer system, reducing operational complexity and long-term maintenance costs.
• Geotechnical Investigations: Conducting subsurface evaluations to inform the grading plan, foundation designs, and pavement sections, ensuring stability and longevity.
• Surveying Services: Providing accurate topographical data to guide grading, drainage, utility placement, and overall site layout.
• Pavement and Hardscape Design: Engineering the parking areas, sidewalks, and pathways to balance durability, aesthetics, and accessibility.
